The Viaduct Rail Park was a great project to showcase Helcrist LLC ability to revive an old structure and modernize it. This journey was an amazing opportunity from the great city of Philadelphia. The project was spearheaded by Allen Heggs Sr. and son Allen Heggs Jr. The project took a little over 1 year to complete the 1 mile long stretch of the old Reading Railroad which marked phase one of a multi-fazed project. Allen Heggs Sr. even appeared on NBC news as one of the premiere sub-contractors on the job.
