Helcrist was founded by brothers Enoch & Mac Heggs in 1973. The two decided to partner up and take on the steel industry with a focus on residential and miscellaneous metals.

In 2014 Allen Heggs purchased the company and acquired it’s land from the previous owner Enoch Heggs for the right to do business as what is now known as Helcrist LLC “the second generation”.

In the recent years, Allen has grown the scope of work to take on major structural projects and has contributed to many well known landmarks in the City of Philadelphia, PA.

Helcrist LLC specializes in “Structuralaneous” metals a mix between Miscellaneous and Structural which we refer to as complex structural steel. As a fabricator we furnish and install both residential and commercial projects.
